    Tranquil location with amazing mountain views.

    The dining experience was severely lacking, with bland food that actually ruined meals. The hotel had a bizarre odor in the spa area, made the supposed relaxing atmosphere unbearable. The staff seemed indifferent, providing lackluster service during dinner, with drinks charged excessively.

    Location: the hotel was just off the nearby Ski Lift and generous discount for the ski equipment, Bansko and the restaurant. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was fantastic!

    Absolutely loved the spa, but it woudl ve been better if the bathrooms didn't smell like urine! Oh, and the food was just tasteless blab, who thought substituting eggs with polenta was a good idea? I expected a little warm welcome gift, but apparently that's too much for a place like this.

    That hotel was in a quiet and best possible location, in the center of Bansko. Our deluxe apartment was completely renovated and new-fashioned with very clean beds. The staff was incredibly professional, offered concierge service and wake up calls free of charge. Greatly enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back.

    Their staff were bad.

    Famous and luxurious place, I enjoyed excellent personnel.

    The hotel was clean, facilities were excellent, fantastic location near the restaurants, Bansko's main square such as the Jazz festival in August and the Pirin mountains. Booked a room with wonderful views of the mountains and forests.

    Magical Bansko vibes 🏔️

    The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room had this massive balcony, perfect for morning coffee-couldn't get enough of that view!

    The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but that's just me being picky. Still managed to chill quite well.

    Positive, The spa is fantastic. The outdoor pool is lovely, and I enjoyed the relaxing saunas. The shuttle to the ski station is super handy, just a short ride. Food options are delicious and locally sourced. Such a peaceful spot in nature!

    Family with children paradise

    The hotel sits in the heart of the forest, super calm and peaceful! The large rooms are like a haven for the kids. We had a massive terrace which was perfect for letting them play outside.

    Wow, the view from our room was insane! We loved chilling by the pool with such a scenic backdrop. The food was all homemade from local farms and SO tasty-definitely a highlight. Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster. All in all, it was a relaxing vibe we totally enjoyed!
